Re5 Platform Terms & Conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the re5 platform by all Malaysian users. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any services provided by the platform.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the re5 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the platform or any services provided by re5.

All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access due to your negligence. re5 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.
Users must notify re5 immediately of any unauthorised account access or suspected security breach. re5 reserves the right to request proof of identity for verification purposes at any time it deems necessary.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the re5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and sourced from permitted payment methods. re5 does not accept any transactions linked to illegal activities or fraud.
Successful deposits will be credited to the user's account within the processing timeframe applicable to the chosen payment method. re5 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers. Users are advised to review the terms of their chosen payment method before making a transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification procedures and platform conditions in effect at the time of the request. re5 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals where there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other related terms violations. Any winnings generated using bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as separately stated in the bonus terms.
Re5 reserves the right to void any transaction suspected of involving a technical error, system manipulation, or fraud, and to take further action at the platform's discretion.
Platform Usage Rules & Liability
Users are prohibited from using the re5 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, system abuse, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, use automated software or bots, or exploit system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without compensation.
Re5 is an entertainment platform and makes no guarantees regarding winnings or specific outcomes from any game or betting activity. Users understand and agree that all activities carried out on the platform are undertaken entirely at their own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, re5 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, service disruptions, technical failures, or any unforeseen events beyond the platform's reasonable control.
Account Policy, Suspension & Closure
Re5 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or close any user's account at any time in the event of a terms violation, suspected fraud, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Account suspension may be carried out without prior notice in cases involving fraud or serious threats.
Users also have the right to close their account at any time by contacting the re5 support team. Account closure requests will be processed once all outstanding balances and related conditions have been settled. Any valid funds remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to any necessary investigations.
Re5 also offers self-limitation options for users who wish to manage their gaming activity. Users may apply for deposit limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion via the account dashboard or by contacting platform support.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the re5 platform are the exclusive property of the platform operator or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such materials without the express written consent of re5.
